  - The funds are to be deposited with an independent, regulated and reputable brokerage firm, one of the leading in the industry, which we are not affiliated with.
  - Therefore, you are the sole person in charge of depositing and withdrawing the funds. The account would be under your name and details; thus the funds would be under your full control. As per AML regulations in the industry, any withdrawal has to go to a bank account with the exact same name as the trading account (i.e. your name).
  - We simply manage accounts and trade on your behalf as a third-party, with your consent, when you provide LPOA to the broker.
